a new feature has been implemented on our website http://www.netshop-isp.com.cy . Now you can place an enquiry to find out when your account expires. Simply, go to our website and click Accounts Renewals on the top menu bar.

Make sure you enter a valid e-mail address; that means you have to enter the e-mail address from which you have sent the order (*) when you purchased your service.

Additionaly, you are asked to provide your account's username. This is the username that you login into your account. For Shell customers, this is their shell's identd.

* You are also allowed to enter the e-mail address, based on the account/domain you purchased from us.
Example: If your domain-account is domain-fun.com then you should provide an e-mail: name@domain-fun.com.
