How our backup service procedure works

Our backup service has been planned to be processed on Sundays.
Your account's backup data (mysql databases, ftp files) are being stored
on an external linux server dedicated for our backup service.*

Each backup is named as the date it has been done.
For example: A backup of client with name AABB takes place
on Sunday, 19th of March 2007. The backup will be saved as 19-Mar-07 and
will be stored on AABB's folder.

* We can also send you the backup file (.rar , .zip , .tar.gz) upon request.

* Online Payment has been temporarily disabled. If you wish to pay via Paypal/credit card
please submit your order through http://order.netshop-isp.com.cy. An invoice will be generated
and sent to your e-mail in order to pay using your paypal account or credit card.
