A security alert has been risen for cPanel version 11.25.  cPanel versions below and excluding 11.25, are vulnerable to CSRF which leads to uploading a PHP script of the attackers liking.

The attackers have already started aiming on cPanel vulnerable versions, with more than 50 Cpanels Hacked By Ahmdosa Hacker with codename – Ahmdosa (source: thehackernews.com).

We would like to assure all our clients that Netshop-Isp has the latest STABLE version of cPanel installed on all our hosting machines so there is nothing to worry about this cPanel’s security bridge.

As some hosting companies might not have automatic updates of cPanel enabled on their servers, we recommend that you alert them about this issue.
