In my company, IT is 50% outsourced. One part of outsourcing is the dedicated servers we use for our services. It's been almost a year now that Netshop provides us both linux and windows servers and I hope that you will keep the excellent service up. Although I was quite cautious when I choose to collaborate with NetShop. The main reason was that I was new in field of being a website owner I ended up being extremely surprised by both the results and the personnel of Netshop. Our collaboration was very pleasing because of the fact that the personnel is young enough to understand any request. The communication between both parties has been very healthy and productive any time we wanted to.

Netshop has undertaken to web host our society's website. From the early stages of the construction of the web page we had an excellent communication with the members of netshop. The website is online almost 3 months now and the comments we had from the users until now are quite encouraging. Administrating the website is quite simple and user friendly, but any time I need advice, the support that is provided is very efficient. The communication is carried out via email, msn or phone if is ergent. Lastly as regards the costs i think the prices are more or less normal.Thanks.

Web hosting was done well. All to do with website were arranged and done. It was easy to administer the website even if not an experienced person. Every small bit i had asked to be changed or created was done without adding minor extra fees here and there. What i did not like is that communication was via msn. And in order to ask something to be done, i would have to wait to see if the admin is online. On the other hand, it is good to have your admin on standby, instead of having to make a trip to him, or to sit and wait for email exchange.

Well there is not much to say about netshop-isp.. i would like to say only that they are one of the best internet service providers if not the best , they care about their customers and their products..They are always there to help if there is a problem on a webiste.. I also would like to thank you for helping us so many times for our website , keep the good work up. ps. The New Website pretty amazing :)
